My trip to Walgreens 1/3

As many of you know i haven't had a chance lately to do much shopping, specially coupon shopping because of my grandson being sick (http://aprayerforasher.blogspot.com) but today i just couldn't handle it anymore. I spent the last 2 days cutting coupons and organizing them (3 months worth, a LOT were expired)



I made a trip to Walgreens, here is what i got:


3 boxes of Finish dishwasher tablets on sale for $3.49 get $1 RR back
(rang them up seperately so i got $3 in RRs)
used the $2.50 coupon in todays paper


2 Contour meters 14.99 get $5 RR
used coupon for up to $30 off, rang up seperately got 2x$5 RRs


1 package Vanity paper plates on sale 2/$3
used $1 coupon


1 Fragrance collection candle $2.50
used $2 coupon


2 boxes Frosted Flakes on sale 2/$5 RR didn't print and i had Asher with me, was too tired to mess with it
used $1 off 2 coupon


4 Dove mousse on clearance for $1.29
1 Dove shampoo on clearance for $1.29
1 Dove conditioner $4.99
so buying 6 Dove products gave me a $6 RR

2 Sunday papers

incl. employee discount (my daughter works there) i ended up paying a little over $20 and got back $19 in RRs
